Roof Condition Surveys
Most of Under 1 projects begin with a Roof Condition Survey, of which there are varying levels of detailed reports depending on the overall client objectives. Under 1 would advise on the degree of inspection before a survey is carried out and a method statement and risk assessment would be produced. An initial survey can include:
- visual condition survey and core sampling
- site investigation (often a combination of techniques)
- detailed roof condition report
- recommendations & budget costings
